Royal Hawaiian Golf Club Wedding | April & Ches

April & Ches’s Royal Hawaiian Golf Club Wedding was a beautiful celebration of love between these two.

I absolutely love getting to know my couples and their beautiful & unique relationship together. April and Ches have been together for over a decade and they finally made it official getting married!

April wrote, “We used to walk the same route to school down on Gulick Ave in Kalihi. We interacted for the first time at a friend’s birthday party when I asked if he wanted a bite of strawberry cheesecake. He messaged me on Facebook first (lol) after that encounter. He then he asked for my number after a few weeks of messaging each other. We become “official” on February 14, 2011 over chocolate-covered strawberries that spelled “be mine?” We got engaged a decade later in San Francisco, one of our favorite cities on July 6,2022.”

April & Ches reached out to me in 2021, over a year ago and inquired with me about their Royal Hawaiian Golf Club Wedding. We got to chatting and from there we hopped on a call to chat more details & get on a consultation call. Consultation calls are light hearted and me just getting to know your vision, dreams, get to know the both of you and just chat any details or questions you have for me.

Please remember even if we are in the chatting phase I have not saved your date. The only way it can be fully reserved for you is if there is a contract & deposit in place.

After the call I get to drafting a proposal out. From our conversation I’ll send a proposal with the specific package you two decided on or a tailored package that I’ve created just for you! From there you and your other half look it over and make sure everything looks good! You send the contract & deposit back to me and I reserve your date so that way no one can book your date and it’s completely saved.

Once I get the contract & deposit back I send over an amazing PLANNING GUIDE. This is specifically only for my clientele that I send to my couples that includes help & guidance making the process more stress free! It’ll give you all of my best recommendations of vendors, tips on timeline, suggestions and more!

I send over a questionnaire 30 days out from your big day. This questionnaire is to nail down details as far as finalized locations, timeline, vendors included that I should tag and a full itinerary for the day of. That’s when I’ll also get your coordinator’s info if you have one to get in contact.

From there I’ll check in a few days prior to make sure we’re good to go and how to get in contact with me if you need to the day of. And me & my team will get to working on your big day. We’ll show up ready to serve you, make your photos come to life and DREAM DAY! We got you covered! xx
