This Mountain top Proposal in Oahu, Hawaii was so much fun. I always love getting to be a part of such special moments like these.
Joni & Matt planned this EPIC day with me!! The whole time Joni thought this was just going to be a couples session. Little did she know Matt was planning to propose to her during it!! This is such a good way to get your proposal captured. The photographer would already be there taking couples photos so no need for me to hide in the bushes!
First we met up at one of my favorite locations. We climbed up to the mountain top that overlooked the beautiful green mountains, and the beach cove below us! It was so stunning! After getting a few photos, Matt dropped down on one knee and proposed! Joni was so surprised and it was the SWEETEST moment and everything went perfectly.
Joni & Matt initially met in college, and got into an avocado pun war over Snapchat. This turned into a first date, where Joni gave Matt an avocado as a joke. They enjoy traveling, hiking, art, smoothie bowls, concerts, and the great outdoors with our fur baby Meeko and they are the cutest couple.
After the proposal we headed down to the beach, where these two just ran around the sand and were beaming with love the whole time!! Joni changed into the cutest white lace dress that looked stunning on the beach! These two were glowing!!
Matt & Joni are such a laidback couple and were so much fun to shoot because they were up to any adventure!! I am so glad I was able to capture their love and this sweet and special moment for them!!
